Tony greeted me as soon as I walked In the door. Went over pricing and showed me everything on the screen so there were no surprises. Let me know my lug nuts needed to be replaced and showed me why. They even offered me bottled water. Overall great experience.
Called with an odd request for lawn tractor tires. I spoke with Troy Jackson Jr. and he was polite, energetic and immediately very helpful. He looked up my tire needs and gave me a quote on the tires and fees right away. I returned the next morning and the tires were mounted and ready to roll. I would like to commend Troy on his attitude and professional customer service. He is an outstanding asset to Discount Tire. He should be recognized and commended for his work.
