Not sure what's going on with this location it took over 10 min for anyone to approach to be told at 9:30 am that their backed-up without offering to service at a later time by making an appointment ,only to suggest to go another location. We come to businesses with well known names and services. We cannot trust if we get this type of Customer service to leave a vehicle not even touch if we are pushed away on to someone else for service.If you can't provide the service just say that.
I came in because my car had been making some rattling noise for a while. They were able to identify the noise (a cracked bracket). They welded the bracket and topped my fluids off. The manager was very professional and the mechanic was very knowledgeable. Thank you.
