Firestone Complete Auto Care

I went in. They couldn’t do it at that time so they scheduled me for 1 week later which was ok. I figured i’d take a vacation day off from work to take care of inspection and tag renewal. 30 minutes to my appointment time they called me to say they wanted to reschedule for “same time next week”????. I didn’t know what to say. I explained the situation and they couldn’t help. A whole day burned for nothing.

It was ok. I had made an appointment on the 3rd but when I got there the person at the desk said my appointment was not in there. I was able to get my car serviced.

I made an appointment for Safety and Emission on December 16, 2023, arrived and was told there machine wasn’t working. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call me ahead of time, made an appointment for the following Saturday arrived there and was told the person that does the inspection had a family emergency but would be back and I would be the first to be inspected. Appointment was at 10:00 a.m. that morning, husband called around and spoke with Fred, and was told that there machine went down but, was back up and running they just needed to charge the machine back up and car would be ready about 4:30 pm mind you they close at 6:00 pm. Husband called back and they wouldn't answer the phone. so, decided to drive up there and was told they couldn't do the inspection because the machine was down.
