I made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change for 8am, I dropped my car off at 7:15 - and didn’t receive a call still by 3pm. I came in and they said they thought I’d want my oil change at 3:30 (????) idk where they got that from, but the staff got an attitude and refused to give my car back and instead took it into the shop and rushed an oil change after I specifically asked to cancel the appointment and return my keys.
I can not say enough great things about their quality of service. They have always treated me like family and I would recommend them to all! Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change
