Put the wrong type of oil in my vehicle, even after it was brought to their attention, they continued to add it. It took calling back to talk to a manager to have to come back and have it flushed out and refilled with the correct oil. Which I had called before I got there the first time to verify they had it. Just incredibly unprofessional.
They did not put my oil filter back on nearly at all. I noticed a scary amount of oil leaking on my driveway. Ended up taking it to my Chevy dealership to check it out and they told me that they pretty much tapped it and the whole thing fell off along with a ton of oil. This almost cost me my damn engine! So now I had to pay for 2 oil changes because of Jiffy Lube's negligence. Very pissed. Service: Oil change
