Walmart Auto Care Centers

I went in to get 4 new tires on my vehicle cause my tires were so bad I couldn't even drive it in the rain. Tammy, the associate that helped me, was extremely respectful, friendly, and kind. She was very knowledgeable on the subjects and answered all my questions very professionally. My vehicle was ready to go at the time she gave me and I must say that I was very pleased with the service provided. Thank you again Tammy! God Bless!

Got there 10 minutes before they opened and there were 9 people ahead of me. Almost an hour before it was my turn Than another 4 hours before they were done with an oil change and two new tires . Then when charged they charged an extra 25 I had to have taken off. . Check your bill carefully. Also ordered my tires on line from store. Put in my cars info and ordered. They said tires were the wrong size of course cheapest ones for the size I need were 20 more a tir . . Nice people but they need more staff at 1130 they were turning people away saying they couldn't take anymore business. Called last week to see if they took appointments and was put on hold. 25 minutes later when no one picked up I just hung u .

I told that I needed a headlight bulb change for my Chevrolet Malibu. We set an appointment for 2:00PM. I arrived 10 minutes before the time just to be told that they can’t do it because it requires them to remove the bumper to get to the headlight. What a waste of my time.
