Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Had my tires change for my truck but was told to come back for tire balance since they dont have the tire balance tool for the new tires. Tried calling to get the tire balanced but the call doesnt go through at all and was also hung up. Could be that they need more workers, but wish that they could at least answer the phone.

I waited 6 hours.. they opened at 10am.. i was there at 10:30am and left at 11:30am after paying. I was told it would be done at 2pm. Came by 2:30, it was untouched. And i was told it would it be done in a hour and 30 minutes. There were cars coming in and out nonstop, and it seemed like everyone was getting their tires done except mine. I came back at 4:40pm.. and it was still not touched. They close at 6pm. I was told theyd get it done by tonight.. no thank you. I got my refund. P.S. if there was a 0 star rating.. i would give it 0.

I saved $700 by choosing this location for tire balancing and rotation. Discount Tires had falsely claimed I needed new tires. I'll recommend this place for their honesty during my visit.
