Stopped in without appointment to see if I could get a slow leak in rear tire fixed. Even though the shop was busy the front desk manager was able to work me in with minimal wait time. I could not be more pleased . It's always a treat to do business with someone like Discount Tire who knows the meaning of good customer service !! These guys are awsome.
Made an appointment to have my rapidly leaking tire repaired. They were so fast, and fixed the problem easily. Customer service was awesome. Made my day!
The staff members were extraordinary! I arrived at 8:10AM for an 8:15 tire replacement appointment. I was greeted warmly in the parking lot, handed over my key and was advised to have a seat. Ten minutes later I was politely told they were about half done. I was back on the road by 8:30AM. Amazing!
