My brakes were wore down to metal contacted Autoworks on line and they got me in the next day. I asked for original OEM parts because I wanted the brakes to laat 80k like the last set however the technician found a ceramic poweratop brakes that actually are higher quality ceramic brakea than ths original motorcraft. Brought the car in tge morning before work and picked it up after. Also confirmed price was on par with estimates I got online. Overall great experience! Service: Brakes

The staff here is super friendly. I'm so glad I took my van here for a second opinion. It was cheaper and quicker then the other place. On top of that they explained things about the repair so I understand what was going on.
