Friendly, professional, gave me an honest quote. My window stopped working & was stuck in the down position. They fixed it for raised it up at no cost. The day before it was supposed to rain all day. I was so grateful. The was honest & comparable with others I'd gotten. Noble glass said, " only the dealer could fix it"!

Very fast and very good work and the price was very reasonable. I will take my car back again if needed ????

PLEASE READ! I was just berated by the manager Melissa at this location. Details below. This is the worst experience of customer service I have ever had. It took Heppner's 6 weeks to fix my tailgate and they kept promising it would be done but it was delayed for weeks. I spoke with a rep after a few weeks time and asked if they would pay for a rental vehicle as my family and I had one vehicle to juggle. They said yes they would and agreed to pay for it while I had the vehicle until my vehicle was finished. This was very clearly discussed between myself and a office representative named Joe. I discussed this with him prior to touching base with Enterprise. Heppner's just finished my vehicle today after 6 weeks (for a tailgate) and my insurance company called me today and said that Heppner's tried to bill the rental vehicle through my insurance company. I was floored and had the manager call me. The manager proceeded to say that they would only cover the two "delays" they had
