Oil change the past Saturday. They did not rotate the tires as they had said. Left oil stain on center counsel, and on drivers door. Some oil splattered about in engine compartment. I wiped all this up myself, and checked to see if they actually had oil in the crank. Bad experience years ago at competitor. Antifreeze flush, which tested at 32 degree. Caveat Emptor or sim to. The prices are fair and they truly live by their guarantee. I would definitely recommend. The manager, JoAnn, was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly in a way that was easy for me to understand (as someone who doesn’t know too much about cars). The manager, JoAnne, and the amazing technicians at Car-X efficiently took care of expertly repairing my vehicle after breaking down while traveling. I appreciated the amazing job they did and the help they provided. I can’t recommend them enough!
