It's hard to find a good mechanic but TGK was a good find. They never try to find extra things to bill for and always try to find affordable fixes. They are honest and I never feel like i'm being taken advantage of. The technicians are easy to deal with and can always be reached with a quick phone call. Because of there excellent service they are busy but they can usually get me in relatively quick.

Came in for an alignment at the plymouth location had an appointments for 3pm I dropped the car off at 1:30. 4:30 rolls around I call and they say they got busy and haven’t looked at it yet didn’t have a problem, came back at 5:20 because I heard my car do a pull from my house right down the road when I showed up the exhaust was hot and the oil temp was at 160 degrees I went into the office and they told me it was to low to get on the alignment rack and never called me. Never going here again good year across the road has more experienced technicians and won’t joy ride your car.

Tanner and crew do a phenomenal job when I bring my car in. They are friendly and are great at recommending work that needs to be done before it becomes a bigger issue with my car.
