Unfortunately, had high hopes knowing the popularity of this company— was highly disappointing. Had an estimate appointment scheduled for a glass repair, which was set up and confirmed multiple times. The communication between sites was HORRIBLE, and they had us driving back and forth. The person at the desk very rudely told us we were wrong, and only apologized for the inconvenience after expressing that we drove an hour to get service done. Even insurance was confused as to why we were turned away, after having AND confirming an appointment. Poor work and will never recommend.

Don’t bother with this location. The repairs were fine (hence the two stars) but the customer service is poor, there’s never anyone at the front desk and everyone else looks like they can’t be bothered. The detailing department is worthless. You won’t get your car back the way you gave it to them. They threw everything in the back seat, the headrest was missing and on the floor under my floor mats, and my car has a nice thick layer of dust. They supposedly detailed my car but there’s no way. If they would have just put everything back and not thrown about my back seat they wouldn’t be getting this bad of a review. Oh and make sure you take before pictures of everything because I now have new interior scratches and scuffs. My advice, go to a different location.

From first phone call to get an appointment to pick up of repaired vehicle, my experience was great. The vehicle looked fantastic and the people were all very nice. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
