A nail in a tire is unplanned but needs prompt attention. Generally, the car shops are busy nowdays. However, Plymouth Tire far exceeded my expectations by fixing my tire in about 1 hour.....fantastic customer focus. Josh was manning the desk and was responsible for getting me going quickly. Thank you Plymouth Tire!
I went here to get an alignment on my SUV. They were able to get me in fairly quickly, however we found out later that they over tightened my lug nuts. Proper lug nut tightening should be 101 for them. My husband broke several tools trying to get the lug nuts off again. Service: Wheel alignment
