I have used Luther Performance Studios twice. Both times their workmanship has been excellent and priced reasonably. I use a manual wheelchair on a daily basis which causes many problems as it’s brought in and out of my Subaru Wilderness. From they’re shop mangers Blake, Nate, office Manager Kathy and especially their installer Jake made my experience fantastic

I work for a Luther dealership in a service department, so we use APS for our window tint and paint protection film packages as well as the occasional vinyl wrap appointment. Everyone I work with on a daily basis does an outstanding job! Their work is fantastic and they are very accommodating. Nothing but good words from me and our happy customers.

Dishonest and unprofessional employees, lack of security, and poor customer service. Their garage door closed on my car while I was still inside of it and dented/scratched the back. No problem- accidents happen and surely there has to be a simple solution given the fact that they work on cars, right? When I asked if it could be touched up while the car was there being serviced, I was told that either 1) "they didn't remember that happening" or 2) that they didn't have paint at the shop-- both of which were lies because they haphazardly tried to cover up the damage with paint then claim that the car came to them like that. The employees at this location continuously tried to tell me I was lying about the garage door despite the fact that I was INSIDE the car when it happened, I reported it immediately, and they are aware that there's an issue with a garage door because this has happened before.
