The TGK automotive business is honest and cares for customers and their vehicles. I appreciate the men respectfully communicating and interacting with me via email to make appointments and discussion about my car problems because I’m Deaf. I’m satisfied with their reasonable price for me to pay for the repair and oil change. This TGK Automotive business is better than Jeff Belzer’s Chevrolet because too expensive and dishonest.

Been going to TGK for a few years since I moved close to a location. Needed a local shop to go to. Probably went there for the last time. Haven't had the best experiences. I know they changed ownership not long ago. Staff is primarily the same at location I go to. Scheduled an oil change, took over 90 minutes even though I was early. Car sat in the lot for 30 minutes before it went in. No communication on it there. I was late for my next appointment. Not good. In the past have overheard a few conversations amongst workers, including the store manager, in the lobby area that just rubbed me the wrong way. Lost my trust in the place. Lobby smells like dogs and the furniture has hair on it. I love dogs, but don't need to wear them home with me. I've taken 3 vehicles there for routine servicing and every time it feels like I get a vehicle rap sheet of "recommended repairs" which many times I don't feel need to be done. I've been here for oil changes and other misc work on my previous car and always been pleased with the work and the communication throughout the process. The other day I had a tire reading low and I didn't want to wake up with a flat tire. They were gracious enough to let me stop in on my way home from work, 20 min before closing. A service tech took a look and reassured me that all was well ... And at no charge (I did offer).
