They were knowledgeable, but patient with my questions on things that needed to be done. I originally came in for brake pads and rotors, they informed me that I had a broken strut, and my tires were wearing too thin (explains why I was sliding all over the road!). They broke down each line item, and quoted me cost BEFORE doing the work. The crew also listened to my driving habits and future driving plans, and made recommendations based on that information. They also waived MANY fees, as well as have discounts on most of the equipment. Lastly, they completed all the work before day was out. I will be coming back here for all my automotive needs.

The guys that worked on my car were exceptional. Being a teacher, I only had my lunch break to get a whole set of new tires and they did it with time to spare. From making the appointment over the phone to the payment at the end, they were understanding, caring, and professional the entire time. Not to mention reasonable pricing!
