Their General Manager David was so great. I originally went to the Jiffy Lube closest to my home and they told me they do not work on my model of vehicle. I called the one in Eden Prairie and David was so helpful and wanting to make up for the first location that he offered a discount for the service, and I was so impressed with his genuine concern with good customer service. I can't imagine going anywhere else for service now, and I will always be first to suggest this location next time I hear someone asking for a good place to bring their vehicle.
