A+++++ service with Jim and his team! Front desk admin is a doll and super sweet. Jim went above and beyond to help identify areas of concern and squeeze me in last minute with no prior appointment so I could get my tires install before the blizzard blowing in this week. Please they have a cozy set up area for working on site while you wait and comfy seating area with tv set up for clients. I defin recommend his shop and will be coming here for all my service needs!! I had some damage done to my fuses from another auto body shop, and Hagen automotive was reliable, responsive and quick in finding the fix! I work just down the street from Hagen and recently decided to bring in one of my cars for some much needed repairs. Collin and Zach at Hagen were earnest and fair in their assessments of what the car needed and even advised me to hold off on changing a rear valve cover since it wasn’t leaking. Pricing was affordable and service was quick. I would definitely consider them next time I need car repairs.
