On the morning of February 6th. I had a car accident. I made an insurance claim that afternoon. My insurance company is affiliated with CarStar. I got an estimate from them then and awaited drop off for body repairs til April 10th. In today's world I understood. On April 19th. the work was completed. This is a top notch company and they have excellent customer service skills! When I dropped off my car rental at CarStar they called the agency and had them pick up my rental vehicle so I didn't have to drop it off. I hadn't had a car accident in over 30 years before now. I truly appreciate the workmanship of my Jeep Cherokee and had piece of mind throughout. Thank you!! Service: Body & Trim
