I had had good experiences here until the last couple experiences I had with them. Typically pretty quick wait time and friendly staff but the couple instances to follow kind of lost my trust. Firstly I had an insurance covered auto repair, which I went in to get inspected back at the end of July last year and they told me they would be back to me within a week to set up a time I could bring my car back to get fixed because they needed to come up with an agreed price with my insurance company. This resulted in my claim closing and I never got the repair done, even though I had full insurance coverage. Secondly they had put in a battery In my car that ended up failing: I took it back in to get checked and replaced per the batteries warranty and they charged me for a ton of labor costs. I would love to come back as this is so close to my house, but because it closed out my claim I would have to pay a lot of money to get my car fixed when I had the insurance coverage prior. I have been using the Chanhassen Youngstadts for close to 20 years. I believe just about every vehicle I have owned over the period has been serviced there. I expect to continue to go there in the future for brakes, tires, oil change, whatever. Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Purchased tires fro Youngstedt’s because they had the best value. Will not use them for and car repairs be use they are way over priced . Service: Tires
