We are from out of town, but we stumbled upon Brown’s Tire & Auto this past week and they absolutely came to our rescue when we needed help with our vehicle! They were so gracious, speedy, and incredibly kind! Thank you so much for going out of your way to assist us!!
Brought my car in for a simple tire replacement and alignment, Took them over a week which I can understand since it was the 1st snowfall of the season. But one of the many times when I called for an update they told me that they had the car in the shop and I got a ride by and saw that the car was still outside. They were Also a little overpriced In my opinion. But the thing that hurt me the most was my stuff was rummaged through and that was extremely invasive and although i cant prove it I'm positive that personal items were taken from my car.
Brown's Tire & Auto is the BEST Automotive Repair shop in the Twin Cities area hands down. James and his team are the absolute best of the best. Thank you for all that you do. Bryan
