The service was smooth everything was handled for me and all I had to do was drop off my car, get into my rental, and return when my car was done and ready. My car was also done 3 days early :) everyone was very welcoming and helpful through the process. I am happy with my choice in getting service done through Abra Service: Body & Trim

I would not go here at all, I was sideswiped completely down the whole side. Yet they only fixed up to the rear door. If you see the photos two on the left from 8 months ago before Abra. U can see the same scratch on picture to the right today. Third picture is a dent from the crash too. My detailer saw the tape line on the skirt confirming they worked on that area. As well as using wrong touch up paint on scratch. Mind you i didn’t even tell him I was sideswiped. I was thinking it wouldn’t be a problem because of their lifetime warranty. I called the warranty claim line and they tell me to contact my insurance. Now I’m insured with another company hence it being a year later almost. It’s looking like I’ll have to get this repaired properly on my own time. Again! DONT GO TO ABRA. Much better places like Lamettrys, Caliber Collision, Raymond’s in St. Paul. I could go on!
