J & R COMPLETE AUTO REPAIR

Last week while leaving for town family medical issues, my brakes started to make a scraping noise when I braked hard. It would not go away and I was nervous to drive it for the long trip ahead. I called them and they said to bring it right in and they would check it out. I was SO grateful they could see me right away. They checked everything out and made sure my car was ok for the trip ahead. Plus, they didn't even charge me!! They are the BEST!! They are kind , friendly and honest. I would recommend them to anyone who wants good quality service for their car. Thank you guys!!!!

I've been here a few times now and they are always honest and priced right. I have felt like I'm always on the hunt for a good mechanic, but I'll be sticking with J&R!

I have been going to Metropolitan Ford for several years for service on my car. But the prices keep going up and the customer service has gone waaaay down... My son goes to a smaller shop called J&R Auto. He told me to try them. So I did .. My brakes have been squeaking I thought may have to have new brakes or at the least some expensive work. They checked them out for me and come to find out my brakes are good...just a bit of rust..NO CHARGE! I am sooo impressed I cannot believe it! They could have told me anything and as a dumb woman who knows nothing about cars and I would have believed them. Thank you J & R for being honest ...I will be back for my car care!!
