Luther Brookdale Honda Service Department

Went online and was shown on their appointment page that I had numerous recalls so I made an appointment to get them updated. I received a text and email confirming my appointment and services. When I showed up, I was told I didn't have an appointment nor did I have any recalls on my car. I showed the service tech my email and he just shrugged. Complete waste of my morning since I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way to get there. Super frustrated and will go to a different Honda dealer for service in the future.

I stopped in on my way out of town, having just realized that I desperately needed an oil change! They made time for me and got me on the road quickly and at a lower than expected price! Very nice people all around! Great customer service! Service: Oil change

I want to give this place 5 stars and I will continue to service my car here, but my service advisor (Alex) failed to check for service specials despite me SPECIFICALLY asking him prior to signing off on the service cost approval. He gave me some bs about being competitively priced and matching costs from other dealerships. It was my first time here, there were people behind me and I didn't want to hold them up. I went online afterwards and surprise surprise - there was an ongoing service special for $64 for an oil and filter change. Something I paid $132 for. Behind the veil of niceness is just plain greed. They make you feel stupid in the process. Having said that, service was quick, automated notification and payment system worked well, everyone was professional and efficient. Job seems to be done well. Waiting area had coffee and water and decent working areas.
