Luther Brookdale Chevrolet Service Department

They charged me for services they said were required to keep the warranty on my vehicle. However, these services were not required for my warranty and they were charging me for them. I tried to argue that I did not want to pay for these services that were not required and I did not ask for. I asked to speak to the manager to resolve this and remove the charges. I was told the manager was not there and that he would call me later to resolve the issue. I was never called by the manager and was never reimbursed. I was extremely upset with the experience and will not return here for my service.

Service was great. They even had these free cute hand sanitizers for their customers.

Service department is horrendous. Bought a brand new truck and less than 700 miles on it a tire blows driving down the freeway. We had to pay for the tire and not only that the department called back and said they forgot to charge us for overnight shipping and wanted the card again! Two months later another tire is flat. Call the general manager and he did nothing except say “not sure how to make this right.” I told him to think about it and call me back. Crickets. Horrible service and communication. Service: Tires
