My car died last Sunday, of course on one of the coldest days we've had. Waited until Tuesday to get it towed to Walser Toyota Service in Bloomington. As always, I had excellent service. It needed a part that required being in the shop for several days, but I was able to get a loaner car. I was kept informed on what was needed and got my car back today. Service Advisor, Drake Vangness, was wonderful. I always get great service at Walser Toyota and recommend them highly!
If you love your Toyota, this is the wrong dealership to go to. There is very poor care and service here. The folks that post good reviews for this dealer may not understand what good service is. There is nothing special at Walser. If your going to spend the high dollar dealer ships require. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
