Always a pleasure to have my EV serviced here. Oscar is the man, and deserves a raise. Perhaps several. Customer for life. Still make the trip from an hour up north to get the great service

The service department is hit or miss. I've had a few positive experiences where appointments were avalaible, you were in out and maintenence was great. I've had some men experiences where it's slow, or hard to get appointments or a shuttle. My last 2 experiences ir was almost impossible to even get appointments much Less on that worked for the schedule. Worse is when you arrive they tell you due to walk in delays your oil change will take 3 hrs, I'm sorry but that is just unacceptable. I'd rather have not been offered the appointment and for their service team to set realistic workloads for the day. We love our kia, but I would take or leave the service department.

3. 5 months Ask for Jeff. He could care less. Then sends A short I'm in Florida. While I never got my car. More weeks... Never asked I guess I had to deal with my state farm. I'm the customer Then I, Need to talk to my State farm agent...... I picked up my car... Gross. Disgusting. Try. Ick
