Needed my headlight fixed ASAP and Chris was very kind to fit me in to a very busy shop. I was so thankful because I wouldn't have been able to Uber that night if it wouldn't have been fixed. Will most definitely be going back for sure.

This is one of the worst service I have received in my entire life. I was experiencing some unusual noise with my chevy equinox and decided to take it to Bobby & Steve, Bloomington location for service. I clearly articulated to them the problem with the car and they indicated they are overbooked for the day and should leave the car with them. Early the next day, I received a call from them saying the car has been diagnosed and they are going to address the issue for me. Jimmy, the guy who called me indicated the cost of the service will be around 850 dollars but I negotiated with him and it came down to 700 dollars. A couple of hours after our negotiation, he called and told me the car has been fixed and was ready for pickup. When I went to pick up the car, he again indicated that the noise is gone and you could barely hear anything. I made the payment and went straight to inspect the car.
