Wonderful experience! Much better than the places I've gone to in the past where insurance has preferred I go to. They did all the communication with State Farm and Enterprise. I had gotten an estimate done by them (as a walk in) and what they quoted me was drastically different from what State Farm had quoted me, but it didn't matter because they did the talking with State Farm and I just had to pay my deductible. It was so nice to drop my car off and the people from Enterprise being there to pick me up to get me to my rental car. I didn't even have to call Enterprise once through my whole experience, again this facility did all the communication between Enterprise and my insurance. I have a Subaru that I bought new and it made me feel better that they were a Subaru Certified repair shop, and that they were going to do all the things required by Subaru after a collision. Excellent customer service. The service coordinator let me use an office that wasn't occupied to do some work on my laptop. Otherwise I would've waited in the customer lounge. They were done sooner than expected and they really did an overall great job. Everything was calibrated and I was on the road in about an hour and a half. I was quoted two hours. Good job once again. Definitely recommend this shop.
