Awesome job repairing my vehicle! My vehicles whole left side had extensive damage from a hit and run. They took no short cuts in the repairs. Now it looks brand new again. Only gripe is the communication of updating me about my car was very lacking. I had to call once a week myself to get any kinda update. Regardless, I am satisfied that I chose this repair shop!
Carstar in Bloomington was amazing. While my vehicle was in repair status for nearly 9 months this had nothing to do with Cartar but it was a manufacture delay. Once the part was in they took care of the repair immediately and returned my vehicle looking brand new. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
Amazing customer service! Annika was amazing and super friendly. Made everything very easy and everything went smoothly. My car looks amazing and looks like nothing happened to it at all. Also they cleaned the inside of my car and gave it a wash on the outside and they even fixed my key fob so it beeps now when my car is locked which was a great surprise to come back to. Anyways I would choose them for your car repairs. Nothing bad to say at all. Service: Body & Trim
