At first, I liked Leroys for being the small and local shop for minor repairs and oil changes. Unfortunately I have found them to be very unreliable and indifferent to their own bad customer service. The hours say they close at 7, but the first time I showed up at 6:15 for an oil change, they told me they were cleaning up and I needed to show up by 6 for them to get me in. This time I showed up at 5:55 and they told me they were cleaning up and that I would need to show up by 5:45 to get in next time. Seeing as I work about an hour away, I had left work early in order to get in this time. The employees were indifferent about my plight as well as indifferent about what they had told me at the previous attempt. Long story short, I just recommend you take your business to somewhere more consistent.
Talked to the owner and he was rude. He had really bad phone ettiquite. Not sure I'd trust him with my car.
Fantastic prompt honorable friendly customer service! Seriously good people and service.
