My appointment with TGK automotive was for a wheel alignment. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff informed me that their inspection showed that my wheels fell within the normal range and that I didn’t need an alignment so there would be no charge. Such integrity delivered by friendly, professional staff has won my allegiance.

This place is great. I got in to town from Green Bay and there was a loud clunking in my front right wheel. Pete was very friendly a helped me out. They looked at my car in a timely manner and the communication was great. The honesty and integrity of them to not charge me anything after telling me I can make it back to Green Bay safely took me by surprise. They knew my car was under warranty to get fixed back home and still took the time to drive it 10 miles on the highway and put it on a lift and check everything. Not just the front right tire either. I now know I have about 1 inch play in my rear bushings. Anyway after all that they still said it’s safe to drive and Pete was awesome and didn’t charge me a thing. What mechanic does that. Highly recommend this place.
