Big Steve got me in really quickly and took care of my tire problem. The other guy who was helping was really cool too and I felt like I didn't get scammed which is a big win for my lack of car knowledge

Took my 2021 Jeep Renegade in for a simple fix which was my Air Filter housing clip had come loose in the front under my car Firestone took my 22.00 dollars and told me they fixed the problem and that they drove it and no longer heard noise and that they bolted the air filter clip back in place I drove my car and immediately realized it wasn’t fixed I took it back to them and explained i could still hear the sound and that I don’t believe the problem was fixed they attempted once again to act as if they fixed it and drove it and no longer heard the noise and bolted the air filter clip back in place so after I got my car back the second time and realized they again they didn’t fix my car I took it to Jeep in Bloomington where I purchased the car and they made me a appointment got it in and fixed it needless to say I wouldn’t trust them because who takes a consumers money and acts as if they fixed the problem knowing they didn’t wouldn’t recommend no it’s not about the money it’s the pri

Was able to get there early and get a tire replaced even though it required having one delived from another store
