They were awesome from start to finish. Help me fully submit my insurance claim. Drove me to enterprise so that I could rent a vehicle. Fix my vehicle in record time. My car looked like a brand new car! They even cleaned my car after I told them to not worry about it as I had a flat and had to rush over there after my accident because I did not want to risk it getting worse and needing a tow. They are the only shop I will ever go to or even refer anyone to! Thank you Big 3 I appreciate your good work ethic.
Big 3 collision are very friendly! Needed my headlamp replaced they got me in with no problem. Love that I didn’t have to wait all day to get my headlamp changed. Highly recommended for any car work that you need done Service: Body & Trim
Great in person customer service. They be busy so they don't stay on the phone long, lol. Mazin and randy are good men, they take care of their people. We also have a lifetime warranty on the work. Our door work took about a week 1/2. They did a good job.
