Incredibly disapointed with how this turned out. I've had service done here multiple times on my 2006 T1N Sprinter the last year; up until now things have been great. I've spent well over $3000 at this shop and expected the next bill to be a big one with engine and suspension issues. Dropped it off over a week and a half ago and they have not even had time to take a look at it; the thing has been parked in the same spot. This is my full time drive and I understand that the diesel business is a bit slower; no problem. I spoke with Jason on Monday and he said that he would get it in to start working on it; two days later I havnt heard anything so I call to check in. Ask to speak with Jason, secretary says he is not in shop; no problem I'll call back. I state that I really need a plan and time table because this is my full time ride and if they are too busy to help me right now I'll have to take it somewhere else to get things moved along - no hard feelings. She says OK. I call back later
