Same day service, stuck lug that was rounded off. Discount tire and Midas couldn't get it off. They had it off in a jiffy. Great service.

Very poor communication. Had to call 3 seperate times just to get ahold of Bob and make an appointment to get my car looked over. When i arrived, he seemed to have not even remembered that I had an appointment. I just wanted a general all over maintanance inspection. When i got there he asked if i was going to wait for the car to be done, and i said yes, because on the phone previously he told me I could. Little did I know that there is no waiting area, so I went to a dinner nearby for the hour and a half it took to look over my car. Once finished, i told him that i would make an appointment for the front brakes to be cleaned, as he said that was all that was needed. I called and left a voicemail for an appointment and never got a call back. I now went with a brake shop to take care of my vehicle. To which, they told me that my front brakes were completely fine, and that my back brakes were bad and needed a complete brake job. They also told me that the back brakes did not eve
