Brad is the manager here and has earned our business on every vehicle we will ever own! My husband brought our Mustang in thinking we needed new breaks. Brad ordered new breaks for us but once he started the work he came back out and said our rotors are fine and so are our break pads! He is so honest and doesn’t charge you for work that doesn’t need to be done! We also thought we had a burned out bulb and asked him if he could fix it. He came back out and said the bulb was fine but had 6 chewed wires. He showed my husband and then fixed them all for us for $100! Brad you’re amazing and have earned all of our future business!

There should be an option for a bonus star. First I spoke with Rich over the phone on Friday and told him about the issues I had at two other places(sorry I didn't come here first, my mistake) one place told me same day for an exhaust manifold replacement and then called me half hour before they closed and said their schedule was 2 weeks out. Called another place and they said the same thing, drop it off and we can look first thing and get it done same day. I had to call them after 7 hours of waiting and they hadn't even written up the price quote yet. Now comes Rich and Brad. They explained their schedule for monday was rough but Tuesday was wide open. Dropped my truck off monday night and they called less than an hour after opening. Here's the nice part, they didn't fix a bunch of stuff that didn't need it, they fixed what was actually wrong for $1200 less than what another place quoted me. We were told by the Cadillac dealer that we needed Struts, Front End Alignment, and Rear & Front Breaks… when we brought it in to Brad over at Midas Shelby Twp, he informed us we did not need new brakes at all and just serviced the Struts & Alignment. That right there is when you know someone is being honest and not trying to make you pay for something that is not needed. We would highly recommend Midas Shelby Twp.
