I can't say enough nice things about these people and this shop. I cannot thank Ron and Jen enough for taking the time to be thorough and honest with me. They have my business for life. I am completely reliant on my car for Medical treatment and work. Because of them I don't have to ask for help from family or burn $$$ and time I cannot afford to spend. Pep Boys are lucky to have Ron. Great mechanic. Jen too as she is punctual and thorough. Thanks again ????????
I went in to see why my ac had just stopped working. I had my car fixed within an hour or two. Everyone was super friendly and it was much cheaper than I anticipated. Thank you!
Once again, I made an appointment online and showed up 15 minutes prior to appointment time and guess what? It will be a couple of hours before they can get it in. There were multiple appointments made for the same time. If I could choose 0 stars I would. Same experience three different stores. Good luck!
