Went to Sterling Tire & Auto last minute this morning because my rear brakes were screeching and needed to be changed. Jason took my truck in the same day to be fixed. Not only did they fix my brakes and have it ready before the end of the day, but they did a thorough inspection and found other problem areas that were immediately brought to my attention. It was my first time using this place, but I'm a customer for life now. They gave me the service and compassion you don't expect from a shop on your first visit. I felt like I was treated like a long time customer. To Jason and the mechanics-- thank you for your hard work and amazing customer service!! First time going to Sterling Tire and Auto. Was able to make an appointment within a few days. (Dealerships are making customers wait weeks for appointments.) I got my car back the same day which saved me a lot of hassle. Everyone was very friendly. They explained in detail what I needed, and they communicated with me keeping me informed of their progress throughout the process. Prices were also very reasonable.
