Showed up in the front waiting/lobby area mid afternoon middle of the week. No one there to greet me. Door chimes played to announce I was there. Security camera aimed at me as well. Waited 5-10 mins for someone to come but no one came. Front area was very dirty. Also, stuck my head thru the very dirty grimy door that passes through to the vehicle bays to see if I could flag an employee down to see if I could get a quote. Couldn't find anyone. They looked really busy/full but I figured maybe they were TOO busy and decided to leave and go elsewhere. Also, usually at collision shops I see the labor rates clearly posted on the wall visible for the customers. If they were there I must've missed them. Maybe I just came at a bad time. IDK
