Honest and well priced. The whole group that works there are old school and know there stuff. They also work on new stuff too. Eat cheaper than a dealer and cheaper than the other companies in town. Norm was so helpful.

They are great, guys! Took my vehicle in on Labor Day Weekend. They assured me they were open and had the time to inspect my vehicle. I kept hearing a weird noise on my passenger side, I really couldn't pinpoint the issue. (Wheel Barring, Ball Joint, Loose Caliper, Joint/Arm, or a bad strut/shock). They looked it over for me and gave me a thorough answer on the issue. I appreciate them taking the time to talk to me, fix the problem, educate me, and make me feel at ease. So, I didn't have to keep worrying about it and to feel safe driving my vehicle. I respect that in the vehicle industry. Just talk to me and help me understand. There was no rushing me, being an alarmist, pushing me off because they were too busy or trying to up charge me. I'll be taking my vehicle to Norm's here on out for all my vehicle needs. They earned my trust.

I was the ride back from dropping off a car but my friend says this place is always busy, sets a very reasonable price and stand by their work. This isn't a regulated dealership so the work time may be a bit longer than you would like but the results are probably worth the investment. My friend is very tight with his money and spends it wisely.
