Absolute professionals! I received a comprehensive report with pictures of all problems and the severity of the problems. I called several times to ask questions and every question was answered and explained respectfully. So refreshing to have such great customer service. I scheduled an appointment, arrived 20 minutes early and after 3 hours they did nothing to my vehicle, I ask about and explanation and I was told if I wanted to take my car to another place. ????????‍♂️ After they reviewed my vehicle I received a quote for over $2,000 usd. They told me the part will arrive in 3 days if I payed that day and I did. After 3 weeks and 2 follow ups from my end I was told that they didn’t find the part and I got my refund. I told them if I found that part they could do the work, and they say NO. I lost 3 weeks and over $200 usd from the diagnosis. Service: General repairs & maintenance

The employees are super friendly and helpful and were very willing to explain the problem when my check engine light turned on. Both my boyfriend and I have gone here regularly with good service and always very kind employees. As someone not very knowledgeable about cars they help me out and make the process easy. I meant to leave this review last year, sorry it's so late but I will be back to visit them soon! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
