Requested a quote for labor with me supplying the brand new in package OEM parts. They said they don’t do that. Gave me a quote including parts but didn’t state what brand they would be or what was included. I said I didn’t expect any warranty just a fair price for fair labor. Still no. Bummer to shade a local business but this is a dumb practice to apply broadly in a small town and wounded economy where every dollar counts.

I've been going here for a few years and with all the shops in South Lyon these guys are clearly the most organized, fair, and knowledgeable in town. The service team is always able to give you an accurate time to bring your vehicle in to be serviced and 90% of the time it's done when they say it was going to be or earlier. Price is also in my opinion the best around.

Thank you Cook Automotive . They have my vote they seem like a good Honest polite people there working. They do what they think is needed and does a good job that makes us happy and why we go back.
