I Have dealt with many auto repair shops in souther Easter Michigan, I can honestly say Jacks was second to NONE!!!! Pricing was awesome, and the service was even better!! It’s hard to find a reliable, affordable, and trustworthy auto repair shop. Dealt with Essa as well as Samuel, what stood out to me the most out of this experience was their integrity and attention to detail. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR ANY AUTO REPAIR SERVICE LOOK NO FURTHER JACKS HAS GOT YOU COVERED!!!

I took my car in for a front brake job at 3:22pm was told possibly could be done the same day (close at 6pm) received a phone call saying I needed brakes front and back still being told they were working on get my car back the same day! That didn’t happen got a call saying it’ll be done by noon the following day, called at noon was told car would be ready in one hour in a half called back 3 hours later and was told they ordered the wrong part! At this point it has been over 24 hours and my car is still not ready and no time was given ???? I’m currently still waiting on my car I would highly not recommend them! They only told me what I wanted to hear just to get me to leave my car and then didn’t care about the inconvenience they caused me as a customer!! Mind you they charged me $580.00 as if they are doing me a favor I feel really taken advantage! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!! Prayerfully I’ll get my car today at this point I’m not sure ! My wife Had an emergency break situation one late afternoon and took it in, they got it done with no problem in a couple hours at a reasonable price... My new go to.. thank you for helping her out while I was at work!
