The Engine Tech Center did repairs on my Ford Fusion and they were able to fix the problem, I am very satisfied. They did a 5-Star repair job and I am very pleased. I'd like give a shout-out as well as a special thanks to Joe and the rest of the repair crew.

We took our 2001 jeep grand Cherokee. Before, there was scraping on the left turns, she had a little trouble picking up to speed, there was a leaking happening, and the air was not blowing but only heating up. And those are just the things I remember off the top of my head. When we got her back she was like a completely new car. A true day and night difference. I feel safe driving this vehicle now. I can turn left with ease, the heat is blowing now, I was even taken by surprise a little bit to see how quickly I could catch up with traffic. Essentially all the problems I told them I had with the car and more were fixed. And it’s all thanks to them. Shout out to Jeff in particular for the amazing quality work that was put in on this car. Thank y’all so much I’ll definitely be coming back for anymore work that needs to be done.
