This is the first time I had my car repaired at Downriver Spring. I shopped around for an install for a water pump. They gave me the best price. I dealt with Frank. He did an awesome job communicating everything to me. He was very easy to work with and was very knowledgeable. Brian Miller was the mechanic that worked on my car. He is an expert. My 2011 jeep gave him a challenge like drilling out lug nuts which he did with no problem! My car drives like a charm. They even delivered my car to my driveway which I appreciated. I trust this shop and highly recommend them.
Steve was excellent. Service was completed when promised. Price was great. And they even delivered the vehicle to my home. You just don't get that kind of service anymore. It was very nice. Highly recommend them.
They are all very friendly. I mostly dealt with Steve who was great! I picked up my van today and so far I'm very satisfied with the work that was done. They are very professional and reasonably priced. I highly reccommend them.
