Jim is the owner there. We wanted to support a local neighborhood business. Jim took my wifes parts and money to fix the strut mounts on a volvo S80 and after taking the car back to him once for the same problem. We stopped at a random shop that showed me the mounts on the car had never been changed, and they said volvo on them. My wife handed him new Monroe mounts from AutoZone zone! This guy is a scammer. Don't be fooled by all the placks in the sitting area. Finding this out cost me and my wife $450 plus the cost of the Monroe strut mounts from AutoZone. 04/05/21 update ,Just revisiting my post, keep in mind one of the people in this bad auto shop reviews is the owner Jim's wife. Also everyone that reviewed this place is not dark skin. If your going to be a scammer, scam everyone. I hope it wasn't because we are black, because when the parts were stolen from my wife and not changed. He act like he didn't remember her and asked for a receipt for the work he never provided a month be
