I will say, all customer service folks with whom we dealt were kind and friendly. However, we bought a 2013 used car with 131,000 miles for $5,700. The day after we took it home , the temperature light came on. We took it back to X-Drive twice for repair at our expense, but they were unable to successfully repair it, but we did pay for minor part. We then took it to our trusted mechanic who gave great detail about why the simple repairs did not work. He said it was looking like the repairs would cost more than the car was worth. We called X-Drive back to see what they could do. They said you bought it “as-is”, we don’t need to do anything. Our trusted mechanic saw a very recent new part that told him X-Drive possibly knew about this major problem. Car had to sold at “SALVAGE” value within a few weeks of purchase, resulting in us losing $5,000. In reponse to your reply, we were never offered a powertrain warranty in exchange for a discount.
