The receptionist Naya welcomed me into the shop and was able to set an appointment with the mechanic immediately. The mechanic arrived within 5 minutes and proceeded to start the diagnostics/inspection for my truck I was in the process of purchasing and without hesitation the mechanic was honest, transparent, and stated what was necessary to fix prior to my purchase. The mechanic explained the reason behind some of the problems with the truck but overall stated the truck was not a total bad purchase and it is an easy fix and they were willing to work with me on the repair price. The process was done within 30 minutes and I was only here for possibly 35 to 40 minutes. Instant Auto Repair has lived up to its name. This is the absolute worst place you can visit, they will steal your money. They will overcharge you, and they will not repair the car properly. These guys are absolute morons stay away!

Most honest mechanic in Detroit-Dearborn. Friendly staff. You can tell that this mechanic really loves what he does. I get the feeling he’s the type of person who enjoys taking things apart just to put them back together. A real engineer. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
